Assorted Electronic equipment. Note the large spring in the middle of the picture. Everything underground is shock mounted to insure that the equipment continues to work in case there is a near miss of a nuclear weapon aimed at the base. NOTE: the base could NOT have survived a direct hit.

Yet more electronic equipment. The "Two Man" sign is because there had to be two (or more) people at a time in this section to prevent sabotage of the systems.

Assorted cables. Note the excess slack in the cables. Once again, this is in case the base takes a near miss.

A closeup of one of the giant springs in the base. This particular spring is 3-4 feet tall.
